Aptly positioned within the luxurious ‘Village’ section of Westfield, Caffé Concerto features a tastefully opulent, yet intimate setting, with delectable Italian dishes, Soul, Jazz and easy listening sounds being the order of the day- throughout the day, while being turned up a notch for after dark entertainment.
Beyond the night time schedule, Caffé Concerto will open its doors seven days a week. As a staple feature, a sleek piano adorns the centre of the venue, where a pianist and saxophonist will be on hand every lunch time, positioning Caffé Concerto as an Oasis of calm within the thriving complex. Good location and atmosphere. You have to book on-line and then remind them you have a tastecard twice for it to be accepted. Food was ok. But the time for your main course to arrive took over an hour!

"Booked a table for 6:30pm so it was quite quiet in there and this seemed to be reflected slightly in the mood of the staff. A bit too relaxed and not as attentive as I was expecting. We didn't get offered any dessert menu or coffees or if we wanted anything else at all after they cleared our mains plates so it was a little tricky trying to then get someone's attention for the bill as they were busy laying other tables or chatting amongst them. Food was nice. I had mushroom risotto which was slightly swimming in olive oil but still tasty if you worked round it! Lovely venue though and a nice touch of live jazz would make for a good night if during a buzzy time.

"This is now our regular restaurant. Go there at least once a week. Excellent food - everything. Never had a night of bad service either. The waiters are very friendly and very prompt. Live music is also an added extra. No complaints or negative remarks to be made about this place! Go and try it for yourself!

The service was attentive, but not over the top and the ambience was splendid.
The food deserves a separate sentence as it was absolutely superb; the flavours were tingling in our mouths and the only downside was it limited conversation because we were enjoying ourselves too much! A stunning restaurant for all occasions.
Live music was amazing.
The best restaurant where you can use tastecard.
