Established in 1977 it was at these very premises that the Balti method of cooking was introduced to Britain. They take great pride in this fact and their aim is to always serve the highest quality authentic Balti Cuisine.
The authentic Balti served at Adil has been created with an exotic collection of herbs and spices distinctively blended in the traditional ways of Northern Kashmir.
Their menu has also been modified to suit the different tastes of their ever increasing clientele, from Kurma for those who prefer a mild dish to the Masala for the more experienced Balti eaters. For the daring diner, there is the Vindaloo and vegetarians will also find plenty to tempt them.
Adil continues to maintain its unique, original style of cooking with a reliability that encourages their clients to return regularly. After all, Original is the best!
