Here's how to order.
1. Sign up to tastecard, download the free app and log in.
2. Select 'Delivery & Collection' and enter your postcode to find restaurants near you.
3. Choose your dishes and head to the checkout.
4. 10% off is automatically applied, along with no service charge.
5. Keep an eye on your emails, we’ll let you know when your order’s ready.
The minimum discount on Delivery and Collection will always be 10%, but restaurants can at times increase the discount amount and add other special offers. The best way to find out about additional offers is to visit the restaurant’s page on our app.
Once you’ve placed your order, if the restaurant is using our delivery network, you can use the tracking function to keep an eye on your order.
Where our delivery network isn’t being used, orders are delivered by the restaurant themselves, so you would need to contact them directly about any queries.
Our Delivery & Collection service is still in its early stages. As such, we’re only going live in London, Birmingham and Manchester for launch. But don’t worry, we’re working on extending this to other cities in the near future! You can make sure to get the most up to date tastecard news by signing up to our newsletter.
If you need to cancel your order, you will need to contact the restaurant directly as soon as possible and provide them with the order number you wish to cancel. They can not guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed.
You’ll find your order number on your order confirmation email or in the “My Order” -> “Delivery Order History” section of the tastecard app.
