Lauren:"Good Food, Bad Service There was a table of 14 of us. And fair enough I do expect it to take longer to make the food than if we were in a couple. However, we were waiting an hour. But if they would have said “it’s going to be around an hour” then that would have been fine, but they didn’t. So after an hour, we asked the manager about it and he said “the check only came through 45 minutes ago” no apology or anything. My chips were cold and when I first came in I made him aware of my tastecard and also when I ordered and he still forgot to put it on, and then put it on the wrong meal as well. It was my first ever experience with this restaurant and I don’t think I would go back. The food was nice though."
