Christine:"Terrible Quality The food was terrible the beef in the burger was cold as was the chips. I sent back the chips which was quickly replaced with hot ones I went to eat the burger which was cold obviously the food had been lying a disgrace for a chef who is supposed to be experienced and take pride in preparing a meal and making sure the customer is happy with the quality of food. We were asked if we were ordering a sweet when we said no the waitress commented could we not manage one. My hubby took the pleasure of eating my meal. I certainly won’t be back not worth it. The waitress was very nice and apologised for not enjoying the meal. The Frankie and Benny’s restaurant in Strathkelvin Retail Park is great the food is fresh hot and appetising. The Fort should take a leaf out of their book."

Our waitress Kiera, was an absolute credit to the Restaraunt and manager and deserves praise. She was a ray of sunshine and made the night that little bit more special. Thank you Kiera."

Paul:"Glad we only paid 50% Food was pretty mediocre. Burgers were dry, onion rings were cold and the dessert waffles were burnt. Fried chicken starter and the milkshakes were good. None of the food came out together, the waitress forgot parts of the order and spilt ketchup over my wife (we did get an extra discount for that). Certainly won't be going back in a hurry."
