Adam: " This is the worst visit my partner and I have had. Both our meals were cold and were sent back. The presentation was very poor the plates were cold. The lady in the back that thankfully was not preparing our food was constantly touching her nose. The portion was very small to our last visit. A table of seven were kept waiting over thirty minutes until someone took there order.."

Pete:"Forgot Food! It to the restaurant at 11.45 and was very quiet. Front of house was excellent and sat us out of the way as we had a pram. Young lad who’d been asleep in the restaurant when we got there come and took our food order. Drinks arrived slowly and 45 mins later food still hasn’t come! Lad had forgot to bring it and no one else knew whose it was. Food was recooked and we eventually got our food with no apology. Very poor-service which always seems the way with frankie and bennies"
