Marc:"The score would have been higher but...... Grabbing a late lunch/Early dinner we went to F&B's as we had eaten there so often before.
Upon arrival a sign at the front desk informed us that their oven was not working so pizzas and calzones were not available. This was not a deal breaker for us but it did seem to be for a very large number of people that walked in then walked out when finding out this information.
Drinks and food were ordered, and delivered. Everything was actually quite good and enjoyable. However after ordering a brownies and ice cream for dessert it was delivered with two flies sitting on top of the cream. We brought it to the attention of the waitress who apologised and took it away. My daughter accepted another one without any cream but was put off so didn't finish it.
At no point did anyone who seemed to be of a management position come and speak to us, the waitress apologised a second time and we weren't charged for the dessert but nobody explained this or said anything more about the incident.
Where the score really drops is the fact that these flies were on the dessert when it was delivered and there was none of them flying around so they had been there since the dessert was at least collected from the kitchen and were not noticed. Then nobody of note came to speak to us or explain what was happening. It all felt like nobody really cared."
