- What days can I use my tastecard at Bella italia?
With Bella Italia you can use your tastecard Sunday to Thursday. However, we always suggest checking the app for more T&Cs.
Please keep in mind this is not the same for all our restaurants. Each restaurant has its own rules as to when and how to use your tastecard, so check before you visit. All visits require pre-booking as venues have to plan their service.
You can use your tastecard 7 days a week at participating restaurants. Each restaurant has its own page where you can see the offers they have available.Check our app and the restaurant page to find out when they offer the discounts. Check our app on the Dine Out tab for more info or search for restaurants.
Some restaurants offer restrictions on weekends and celebration days, which is why you need to check the app before booking.
- Is Bella Italia on tastecard?
Yes, Bella Italia throughout the UK are available with your tastecard. Find your local restaurant over on our app!
- Do I book my meal with tastecard or the restaurant?
All visits require pre-booking as venues have to plan their service. Simply head to the tastecard app, find your chosen site, and give them a call. On the call you must mention you have a tastecard when booking the table. This will need to be done 2 hours before you plan to visit to ensure the restaurant has space for you.
You should also mention you have a tastecard when the host is showing you to a table.
- Do I tell the server I am a tastecard member before we eat?
Yes, you should mention you have a tastecard when you first book the meal to the host when they’re showing you to a table.
If you don’t mention you’re a tastecard member until after eating, the restaurant is under no obligation to offer a discount.
Each restaurant has its own tastecard page where we explain the offers our members can enjoy, including when and how to book your table. All visits require pre-booking as venues have to plan their service.
- Can I use my tastecard on the whole menu?
Only items on the a la carte menu are included and eligible for discount. Set menus, sharing platters, sides or specials are not included.
The tastecard discount can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- Can I use more than one tastecard at a time?
No, only one tastecard can be used at a time, unless mentioned on the restaurant’s tastecard page.

Please Note: The 2 for 1 tastecard offer is available from Sunday – Thursday, across starters, mains and desserts. The cheapest or equivalent dish of each course from each menu section will be discounted from your bill. Valid every day except Friday and Saturday. Please let the server know when being seated that you intend to use your tastecard. The offer is not valid on Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or on New Years Eve after 5pm. Each tastecard discount is valid for up to 4 people per card, with only 1 card able to be used per table. The card cannot be accepted in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, set menu or kid’s menu. The offer is also not valid on delivery. Extra toppings, upgrades, sides, service, merchandise and tips are also not included. Gift cards can be used to pay for the cash balance. The offer is also unavailable on all breakfast items. The offer is not available at the following Bella Italia locations on any day: airports or Center Parcs. The offer is also not valid in Cardiff Old Brewery Quarter or Sheffield restaurants on event days, or Cheltenham during festival week.
