In one of the UK’s most remote landscapes the Overscaig offers a travellers’ rest in its bar at lunchtime or in the evening.
The bar menus feature North Highland venison, Aberdeen Angus beef, fresh haddock or cod from Kinlochbervie as well as west coast shellfish. The menu includes a range of cooked meals as well as lighter dishes and sandwiches. Complete your meal with their home-made desserts, delicious local cheeses or choose from a selection of coffees/teas and home baking. Wherever possible North Highland produce is used to ensure that their food is of the highest quality and has the freshest ingredients.
The Overscaig bar stocks a range of soft and alcoholic drinks including Highland beers as well as an extensive selection of Highland malt whiskies.
If the weather is kind you can take your drink outside to sit and admire the view, alternatively you can sit in the bar beside the real wood burning stove.
Bar meals are served from 12.30pm – 2.30pm and from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
