Begin the experience with one of the superb starters, such as the exquisite tempura squid, prawns and courgette, paired with a soy and sake dip, and the refreshing caprese salad, tossed with Mozzarella, beef tomatoes and a balsamic dressing. Continue onto such delicious main courses as the rich duck breast, pan fried with polenta cake and a redcurrant jus, and the sumptuous mushroom ravioli, complete with toasted pine nuts and a sage butter, before sampling one of the divine desserts on offer.
