Comedor – Spanish for Dining Room.

The food here is predominantly inspired by South America - a whole continent of often overlooked cuisine! And what a continent it is - astonishing diversity of flavours and tastes, plants and animals, arising from the historic melting pot of ancient indigenous worlds of Incas and Mayas and "new" European traditions.
Remember the time not that long ago when sushi was hard to find? With a growing army of devotees, dishes from Peru and Colombia, such as empanadas or ceviche, are fast becoming as popular as flavours from Europe or the Far East. Comedor offers a mouth-watering array of Argentinian steaks, meat and fish, as well as a wide choice of chicken, prawn, seafood and vegetarian lighter options and snacks, including an innovative range of salads. In Comedor they can satisfy a broad range of needs and hungers!
But don’t just take our word for it! Book today to find out what all the fuss is about!

Tariz:"Excellent service and food We just celebrated my dad's birthday..Our waiter (David) was so hospitable. He explained the menu comprehensively and made sure our food was cooked to perfection. Without even asking he brought my dad a dessert with a candle which made him very happy. Thank you for a lovely evening. Highly recommend."

Rafael:"Good food, but won't return there Starting by key points so you can read more if interested: 1) the order was wrong 2) the bill was wrong 3) the service was rushed through what lead to mistakes and embarassment. I informed of the tastecard at time of booking and was greeted by who seemed to be the shift manager confirming my name for the said booking. The gentleman (Mr Rokas as per bill) was polite but it all felt like he was in a rush to get rid of me and my partner. Despite the place being empty, he was rushing to take the order only a couple of minutes after we settled in, we barely had time to have a conversation and the menu. E.g. seeing that we had not decided yet, while ordering the main, he did not help with the options, and did not even mention the tastecard offer or that my order would not be covered by the tastecard, but was very quick to push through a suggestion of two side salads that sounded like one when we were clearly looking for one. Both salads were served and I mentioned that only one had been ordered as we misunderstood his suggestion given that he did not allow us enough time to look at the menu ourselves, he said it would not a problem, left the salad but still put it in the bill. These may be details and a big misunderstanding, but are certainly things that should not be overlooked when you are the only guests being served and end up paying £80 for steak and wine while having made a booking under a discount programme."
