Valerie:"Not going there again Very slow service :over 2h for a starter and main course... Table for 4. Waited for 30mn for another salad as a starter. We got a 2nd bottle of wine for our main course:the waitress broke the Cork in half... More training needed!! I asked for a new bottle. Another waiter came and insisted on rescuing the bottle. He did. Then we waited for over an hour for the main course... Our wine was definitely room temperature by then!! Two ordered tournedos... 1cm thick and 3cm wide!!! Looks like they split one tournedos into two.. We did have the tastecard 2 for 1!! Good trick but not fair. Mine was to be blue (I am French) it came medium and not even hot! My brother in law had the venison... Well done instead of medium rare. The waiter never came to check if our food was OK, and we never got offered the dessert menu. After 30mn, Finally when we paid the bill I took off the £12 of service and explained why... "oh I am sorry about this, the bar was busy!" told him that the restaurant staff and the bar staff are different therefore not the reason... Luckily there were only another table for 4 and a few tables for one person or two.. They would not have coped with more customers!! The table for 4 (2children) waited too! Finally the waiter walked off... Not impressed with customer care... In such a place, an apology with "can I offer you a drink on the house?" would be suitable... not even a good bye... I guess England - Colombia was more important... It was 1 - 1 extra time when we left... Luckily England won so the evening was not a total disaster!"

BARRY: " We chose this restaurant because of its close proximity to Victoria station. Food was ok service was ok . The only downside was they had music a tv on and someone hoovering so the atmosphere was nothing special. Drinks were what you would expect to pay in London ."

Journojonesy: " Quite apprehensive of accepting the card, preferred 24hrs booking despite having an empty restaurant. Steak was quite fatty and the quite limited menu choice. However lovely atmosphere and the food is beautifully prepared. Staff are very pleasant and service is good."
