    We had a reservation for 6.30. Eventually got served our starters at 7.15. The lamb tikka was decent but my husband’s onion bhaji was cold. I know because I tried some of it. When our mains eventually turned up, they were the same, the curry was warm and the rice lukewarm. And the amount of actual curry was a joke. I ate three spoonfuls (half of it) and asked for the rest to take home. Had it been cheap I would have left it, had it been expensive I would’ve made a fuss. This just didn’t seem worth it.

    Not at any point during the meal did anyone ask if we everything was okay or how the food was. If it’s a case that everything seemed substandard because we were using a tastecard, they shouldn’t be a part of it. They made it clear we were using one 4 times by mentioning it, like it was an issue. But considering we spent just as much on drinks and sundries, it wasn’t a cheap night out.

    If the food was as hot as the towel served at the end of the meal, I might have finished it there instead of at home. And if the service was decent we might have gone back, but we got neither, so that will be our first and last time there. "
