The Marco Pierre White Restaurant Liverpool provides guests with an affordable yet glamorous and intriguing culinary experience. As the first British chef to be awarded with 3 Michelin stars, Marco Pierre White is a name synonymous with quality and finesse and it is these characteristics that will shape and define your dining experience at Hotel Indigo.

The menu consists of everything you would expect from a traditional steakhouse but with the superior individuality you would imagine from a Michelin star chef. The stunning decor of the onsite restaurant creates an intimate atmosphere where guests can relax and unwind over a cocktail, a refreshing glass of wine and one of Marco's delicious, signature dishes.

Important Information

Please Note: The tastecard discount is not available on Bank Holidays, Celebration Days including Valentine’s Day, Mothering Sunday, Father’s Day etc. or during the month of December. Marco Pierre White Steakhouse and Grill at Hotel Indigo is closed during Saturday lunchtime. The tastecard discount is not available on Sundays as a set menu is served.

    Firstly I would like to say the staff were ok but not as attentive as as our usual visits.

    Starters where great really tasty and well presented, I ordered the camembert and although it did come with bread we did have to order more as the portion of camembert was quite big that was fine. The scallops where well presented and my husband said they tasted really delicious.

    For mains we both ordered the lamb rump for our main. This too came well presented, the both our lamb was really fatty and gristly and really had to cut. Once cut open there was a very pungent off putting smell the only way I can describe it was like off meat or offal. My husband and I ate only our potato gratin and he ate a some of his meat only because he didn't want to waste it.

    We told the waitress who graciously apologised, She returned to say the chef had said both cuts of meat where from the same batch and he offered me a free desert.

    I declined this as we would get one free dessert any because we was using taste card. Over all the experience was shocking we will not be returning any time soon. This is usually are go to place for any special occasion and we have never had an issue until today I can honestly say it was and awful way to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. I think Marco needs to go and do some staff training. "
