Let's break down this review section by section
Food quality: What a load of rubbish. This was not genuine or authentic Indian cuisine. It just seemed to be presented as oily and rubber meat which was not quite to my liking. The portions and quality of the food really did not live up to the end bill.
Ordered 2 mains, 2 starters, 2 cokes, one roti, one rice and a side of spinach - All to a total of £60 with a £13 Tastecard discount. The price was very steep and in most cases, I would not complain much about the pricing of a meal but the food was really not of the quality of the asking price. Still have not found anywhere that beats the quality and pricing of Tayyabs which came at a price of half the asking price of this place and we ordered a lot more!
Customer Service: Very attentive and friendly, no issues with the staff.
Ease of Tastecard Use: Very easy to use, called to confirm of use before booking and staff made the call out upon arrival.
Atmosphere: Absolutely dead, depressing and in need of new interior design. There was a CD playing in the background that paused every few seconds. The temperature seemed to be quite boiling. We were the only couple in the restaurant at 6pm on a Sunday - With only two other couples arriving in the space of two hours.
