K: " Not acceptable to see mice run about on our family visit on 9.09.19, whilst having dinner.... only to be told that the management is working on the issue... “dogs were to be brought, in, ... but never came to solve the problem!!”... surely if not a pest controll company, then a cat would work!!.. pleasant staff... but not what one expects, knowing the issue and yet carry on trading!!!..."
