Very warm welcome and attentive staff
We booked in advance stating we would be using tastecard and as four people we asked on ordering if they wished to do separate bills i.e.: 2 per card but was told it was not a problem
On ordering we were informed to use taste we had to have a starter and a main, although we didn't want a starter we were happy to do so
On requesting the bill we asked if they wanted our membership cards but was told it wasn't necessary, then on receiving the bill there was no discount applied. This was then taken away along with both of our cards and came back with a discount, which appeared to be very minimal, we actually queried this and was told that 2 starters and 2 mains had been deducted and our bill was still way over £100 , agreed we had drinks but still found this a bit excessive
We are frequent users of tastecard as we renew memberships yearly so was a little surprised by this experience but it's a lesson learnt to how some restaurants work with tastecard!!!
