We booked using the taste card with ease and they had no problem with us using it on a Saturday night which we throughly appreciated.
Despite using the promotion we were given a magnificent table which allows all four of us to talk. It was comfortable and quiet which was perfect for our needs.
The food came out and none of us had a problem, we all had multiple dishes and all were cooked to the highest standard.
The service was good, everyone polite. I have a bit of an issue with multiple people seeing to us, I think it is much nicer when one person is appointed to your table. That way their is no confusion of who to ask for a drink etc for instance a lady sitted us and said said she'd leave the wine glasses incase we needed water. Then a waiter come along and took them away. We then asked for water and only received a single glass.
My only other gripe was that two desserts were listed that weren't actually available. When given the menu we were not informed of these. I actually ordered one and the waiter then told me it had been discontinued. I then ordered a sorbet and another waiter came over and told the original waiter that that was also unavailable. It's clear they need a bit more communication in this area. It was a shame really as 3 orders turned into one because of this.
Overall though we had a lovely time and what we did eat was great.
