Championing local suppliers and locally sourced ingredients, 1780 aims to display the finest examples of Scottish cuisine in the area, a goal well within their reach and diner’s tables thanks to the resplendent and contemporary stylised dishes served.

A handful of the merit worthy meals served includes the sumptuous pan seared pigeon breast, partnered with wild mushrooms, truffle oil and a barley risotto, and the eclectic A Taste of Scotland, a mouth-watering medley of haggis, toasted oats, pomme puree and a turnip fondant with a dram of whisky cream sauce.
