Sadly this venue has changed a lot, Previously it was rather good.
Today the three of us waited 60 minutes for our mains, A club sandwich eventually came with no chicken or turkey (!), when questioned we were told this is the way it is (a glorified BLT), we were not offered an alternative, the incorrect bill was produced THREE times, and they now insist on customers placing their credit/debit cards behind the bar before ordering.
BE WARNED : When I went to pay the eventual correct bill another customers card was left inches from my hand, I had to tell the staff to place it out of reach of customers.
When we politely told the staff we would not return we were not asked why, not asked what was wrong, nor offered any apology.
In 4 years of using Tastecard this is the first venue I have been seriously disappointed with.
