Carry on to the main course, where even more delectable dishes await. Particularly noteworthy examples include the hearty wild mushroom tartlet, complete with charred chicory and a garlic and chive mash, the tender Duo of Wild Rabbit, paired with honey roasted carrots and a purple sage jus, and the wondrous pan fried sea bass, presented on a bed of chorizo, king prawn and olive linguine.
