    I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed at the service dominos gave me this evening when I was just trying to have a good night with the girls. The VERY little staff working tonight were as helpful as possible however the company over all .... stank. So we ordered the food at 9:02pm and got a little worried at 10:15pm when the food still had not arrived. When the food finally came, there was SEVERAL items of our already payed for order missing. Wedges, cookies, cini dippers, and lots of dips. Bearing in mind we couldn’t eat the pizza without our dips ... we were quite ravenous. We asked the delivery worker to bring our missing food back to the house ASAP. After at least 25 mins, we rang again to check. They assured us it was on its way. Spoiler ... it wasn’t. We rang again despite the worker having a flattering voice, and trying to calm our hanger, it had been around 35 mins, and our missing things still weren’t here. Our pizza was cold. It was not good. When the delivery woman arrived, wedges AND mustard dip were STILL missing. They couldn’t bring it to us as the store was closed by this point. Even though we ordered 2 hours ago, we couldn’t revive food we had already payed for. The woman rang the manager however he didn’t seem intrested in our case at all despite the woman trying her best to help. So 2 hours later, we were down at least £5 food that hadn’t arrived and couldn’t enjoy our meal as it was cold, and missing important side dishes. We will not be ordering from dominos for a while u lesss they agree to refund our traumatic order experience. "
