Beginning with one of the exquisite appetisers, from a list that includes a glorious home-cured mackerel number, a scrumptious pheasant terrine and a gratifying leek and poached egg combination, diners are sure to find their appetite sufficiently whetted for any of the mouth-watering mains to come.
Next up, the larger plates at Ramon’s leave very little to be desired, with a host of mouth-watering options available for all that care to partake. Particularly enticing examples of such can be seen in the succulent filet mignon, a 35-day aged fillet served with sweet springtime asparagus and courgette crisps, the enchanting line-caught cod, which rests on a bed of broccoli puree and is accompanied by a sweet tomato confit, and the flavoursome Provençal parcel of ratatouille filled pastry, which comes complete with crushed new potatoes and a black olive mix.
