This is clear from such exemplary appetisers as the heavenly scorched scallops, complete with radish & a watercress oil, and the rich venison carpaccio, partnered with smoked aubergine & a black pepper mayonnaise.
The quality continue through to the main courses, where a concise list of delights await. Outstanding selections include the succulent roast rack of Cornish lamb, adorned with feta cheese & a Kalamata olive jus, and the sumptuous lemon sole, finished with oyster leaves & a champagne cream. Those wishing to conclude their meal in style can also peruse the divine desserts, which offer diners the opportunity to savour a thoroughly enjoyable three course meal.
