Important Information

Please Note: In accordance with the terms and conditions of this diners' club, the tastecard is valid for 2 people, although multiple cards can be used for your party - therefore 4 people dining would require 2 tastecards. Your tastecard voucher entitles you to an exclusive 2 for 1 offer across the core menu (Starters, Mains and Desserts subject to availability); extra toppings and add-ons are not included in the deal, but may be purchased at the usual menu price. Festive Dishes, Specials, Sharing Starters, Sharing Mains, Sides and Sharing Desserts are excluded from this offer, as well as the Ultimate Fajita. The tastecard restaurant discount is available 7 days a week and there is no need to book ahead, but do mention when being seated that you intend to use your tastecard. The cheapest or equivalent dish of each course from each menu section will be discounted from your bill. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other deals, promotions, vouchers or discounts. Set / Fixed price Menus, Lunch menus, Kids menus, takeaways and delivery are not included in this offer. The tastecard discount is not available on Bank Holidays or on Celebration Days including, but not limited to, Valentine's Day, Mothering Sunday, Father's Day, etc.

    We were asked what we wanted to drink before we had even sat down. I said can we have look at the menu first. Big mistake, I then felt we had been forgotten as it took ages for anyone to come back to take our order. Eventually a nice young man came and took our order. Drinks eventually arrived but we had to wait ages for our mains to arrive. When it did, (enchilada) it was so dry and had obviously been under the serving heating lamps for ages. The enchiladas had hardly any chicken in it and was mostly rice. My ‘hot’ choice was as spicy as ketchup. We then asked for some vinegar to put on our fries. The girl we asked went off to get it, got distracted but another member of staff and forgot to come back. I had to ask again after we had nearly finished.
    It then took an absolute age for our finished plates to be taken away.
    When they were eventually taken we were asked if we would like to see the desert menu which we did. We ordered two portions of Churros. By now it was 6:35.
    At 6:55 I had to call over the young male waiter to ask where our deserts were. He said they were nearly ready. A few minutes later they arrived. Mine was stone cold and my wife’s was warm. We just ate them quick and paid our bill. Used my Tastecard which was taken away by the waiter. We left in such a hurry to get to our movie I didn’t realise the waiter hadn’t brought me back my tastecard, therefore it was left in there.
    An hour and a half to have a 2 course meal is unacceptable. The thing is it wasn’t even busy, half 5 on a Sunday evening!!
    The table behind us was also complaining about something, I don’t know what, but they left unhappy.
    Give this place a wide berth and go to one of the other restaurants in that location. "
