Frankie & Benny's have been a much loved, restaurant of choice of many for over 20 years and offer families a place to go for a fun, comforting meal where diners can enjoy some well-deserved, chilled out family time. They cater to all tastes, appetites and dietary needs with a fabulous Gluten Free menu, a wondrous collection of vegetarian dishes and, for those that feel like a lighter bite, there are a host of smaller, healthier dishes available.

Important Information

Please Note: The tastecard discount is for 2 for 1, 7 days a week, across starters, mains and desserts. The tastecard restaurant deal is valid on breakfast items. Extra toppings and add-ons are not included in the offer, but may be purchased at usual menu price. Festive Dishes, Sharing starters, sharing mains, sharing desserts and sides are excluded from this offer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Frankie & Benny’s vouchers, discount codes, deals and offers. There is no need to book ahead, but do mention when being seated that you intend to use your tastecard. The cheapest or equivalent dish of each course from each menu section will be discounted from your bill. Set/fixed price, lunch menus, kids menus, takeaways and delivery are excluded from the deal. Each tastecard is only valid for 6 people. The tastecard discount is not available on Bank Holidays or on Celebration Days including, but not limited to, Valentine's Day, Mothering Sunday, Father's Day, etc. The following Frankie & Benny's restaurants are excluded from the tastecard offer: Manchester Printworks, O2, Wembley, Victoria Place, location in airports and train stations.

When I came in another guy saw me at the foyer and sat me down quickly by searching on the computer at my name (irrespective of being a Tastecard customer) I think I was dealt with exactly the same as if I’d be paying full price. I ordered a mojito and it was delicious!! (Shame about the soggy straw!) I ordered the Nashville chick burger and it was gorgeous, tasty, crispy and hot! (Cold) and spicy too! Overall my experience at F &B this evening was 5*. Hats off to the training and customer experience you give to the diners. It shows and I will be back soon! Thank you. Marcin was polite and not too pushy, we had a lovely meal. "

We waited ages for our food and when it finally came out half of it was cold or burnt. Would use again as was not a good experience at all. "

    The last time I ate in the same restaurant, I ordered exactly the same thing as I did tonight and it was cooked to perfection.. this time my steak was stringy and dull. It made me think that it was a frozen piece of meat because no blood/juices came out of it at all (which is what I would usually have with a rare steak).

    I was also surprised to see that my steak came with a pot of butter, instead of the sauce I asked for (which was stated in the menu, and the last time I ordered the steak it did come with a sauce). However, when we asked them about it they said that they have never offered a sauce, completely dismissing what we were saying.

    When it came to the point of paying for the meal, our server (I think his name was Arian) didn't say anything to us, and rather than placing my card into my hand, which I was holding out, he threw it onto the table and walked away without saying anything.

    This visit has honestly made me think about whether or not I should ever go back to a Frankie and Benny's restaurant. I am disgusted in the poor quality of both the food and the service! "
