Spearheaded by the combined skills of Head Chef Daniel Healy and General Manager John McCrumlish, The Foot Hills features a kitchen awash with fresh flavours and a dining area that’s always offering exemplary hospitality.
Tantalise the taste buds with one of the exemplary appetisers, such as the heavenly panko breaded Irish Brie, paired with a red onion jam, and the irresistible chicken wings, enriched with salt and chilli.
Continue onto the mouth-watering mains, where a medley of choices await to cater to all tastes. Particularly merit worthy meals include the succulent loin of local venison, slow cooked with braised red cabbage and a celeriac puree, and the hearty Chanterelle mushroom & Stilton pasta, complete with pine nuts and Parmesan.
