Best of all, their Southside Shopping Centre location means shoppers won’t have to look elsewhere for a top-notch meal with the family after hunting for bargains.

Whether guests are visiting for a few days or are seasoned locals just looking to take a break from the kitchen, they’ll find just the thing at Chicago Rib Shack. Part of an indie chain that’s been at it since 1892, the branch is one of the most convenient places to eat in London. In fact, Wandsworth Town train station is just a short walk away.

Important Information

Please note: The tastecard offer is not available on Mondays as the a la carte menu is not served. You must book in advance and mention the tastecard to be entitled to the discount. During the month of December the discount is only available at lunch times, as dinner service is a set Christmas menu which is excluded from the offer.

    Time to pay: one of my friends tries to use contactless. The receipt isn’t printing. We tell the waitress to not worry, we don’t need a receipt, however she goes over to confer with 2 of her colleagues. We wait for 10 minutes, then she returns and my other friends manages to pay. Again the receipt isn’t printing and she walks back to her other colleagues.
    Then it’s almost like everyone forgot about us. I’m still waiting to pay the remainder of the bill but they all continue serving other customers. We wait another 20 mins before I demand that we need to leave so we have to pay RIGHT NOW. Our waitress says that she thought her colleague was going to come over, even though she can clearly see that no one came to see us!

    Basically, we will not be returning to this branch of Rib shack again. "
