The history & the future of the Harappa’s impressive menu is a tantalizing mix of tasty and exotic dishes from Bangladesh, India & Nepal. They offer a unique fusion of eastern cuisine from across the Asian subcontinent.
The cuisine at Harappa is prepared with the finest ingredients and brought to life by their specialist chefs. Management at the restaurant have combined a new cooking technique with health and nutrition in mind, maintaining the original recipe whilst processing & handling the ingredients in the correct way to ensure your food is always delicious, wholesome & tasty.
On their menu all of the dishes are completely rustic and were collected from the mogul's (emperor) family & rural areas of Bangladesh. Having the recipe and tradition they have implemented new ways of cooking, focussing especially on the proper hygiene, preservation methods & cooking techniques. They have introduced new sections to the menu entitled 'Sea food', 'Exclusive Vegetarian' & 'Easy on The Spice'.
