We went here for my husband's 65 birthday. We ordered a bottle of wine, the pickles and popadoms to begin, Chana Puree and veg Pakora for starters. The pickles and popadoms came and the waiter asked immediately if we're were ready for the starters. We werent but said ok as we wanted to make sure it was hot. Both starters were luke warm. The Chana puree was a small spoonful of chickpeas costing over £5. Immediately we finished the starters we were again asked if they could bring the mains, Lamb with spinach and Lamb Madras. We asked if it was ready and when the waiter said yes we reluctantly agreed. There was loads of lamb and the spice was lovely, but the temperature of the food was only just warm. The nan bread wasnt cooked so we left it. The waiter took it away without comment. He asked how the meal was when we paid the Bill, so we told him. He just said he did ask if everything was ok. We didn't want to complain and spoil my husband's birthday meal. In all we were in for just an hour, which I believe was because we used the taste card. They wanted us out so they could bring in more customers.
