The award winning Ziba Restaurant was established in 1997 and moved into the refurbished Racquet Club Hotel in 2003. It is a special venue housed in a Victorian gem of building constructed in the form of a Venetian Palazzo by a wealthy Liverpool merchant in 1857. The restaurant benefits from large arched windows in a fantastic airy space with an adjacent intimate bar. It is furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and traditional pieces and an extensive collection of original artwork. The Head Chef and his brigade focus on using quality, fresh local produce. They also have the benefit of ingredients from our family farm and organic Home Farm Shop at the Eagle & Child in Bispham Green.
