The 10 week programme. RRPT Online is initially a 10 week programme which will support you in your quest to get fitter, healthier and specifically, lose body fat. Individual results average losses are between 5-10kgs in 10 weeks. It’s as close to 1:1 personal training as we can get without actually being face to face with you. The RRPT Online app will enable you to store your weight, measurements and progress photos, and we’ll use your statistics along with your goals to choose your food and workout plan.
