tastecard terms and conditions - Free Monthly Drink

  • To be eligible to receive a free drink each month, you must meet all of the eligibility criteria listed below.
    • You must have signed up for a new tastecard subscription after 1st August 2023.
    • You must be paying tastecard directly for your subscription.
    • You must not be in a trial period.
    • You must not have been referred to tastecard through a 3rd party, affiliate or partner offer.
    • Your tastecard membership must be active and you must not have requested to cancel it.
  • Instructions of how to claim your free drink will be sent to the Messages section of your tastecard app on the first day of each calendar month, until you no longer meet the eligibility criteria above
  • Should a subscription payment be pending and remain unprocessed on 1st of the month, that month’s drink will be forfeited. If payment is processed subsequently, you will meet eligibility for the following month’s free drink
  • From being issued, you will have 28 days to claim your free drink. After 28 days, your message will disappear from the app and you will forfeit this month’s free drink
  • Your code entitles you to one free drink only, which can be claimed at any Caffè Nero in the UK, but you must order at the till.
  • Your free drink includes any regular sized hot or cold drink made to order by a barista (e.g. teas, coffees, iced drinks). These can be ordered to drink in or to take away. A full list of exclusions will be shown in the message sent to you. If you are unsure, we recommend you check with staff before you place your order.
  • The free drink cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
  • tastecard will not be liable for any charges you incur if you are order a drink that is excluded from the promotion.
  • tastecard reserves the right to change the terms of this promotion or remove it in its entirety at any time, without needing to communicate these changes to you.
