Kick start the occasion with one of the superb starters, including irresistible palate pleasers like the divine lasooni paneer tikka achari, a traditional Indian cottage cheese marinated with yogurt and garlic paste, and the enticing lamb kabab roll, spiced lamb wrapped in a roti with chutney.
Guests can expect classic dishes to be found side by side with such contemporary offerings as the scrumptious Mixed Seafood Molly, a medley of squid and prawns simmered with coconut milk and limes, and the delectable Aloo Methi, a combination of fenugreek leaves and potatoes enriched with ginger and tomatoes.
