E-codes are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. 

Please keep these e-codes in a safe place, they are not replaceable should they be lost or stolen. 

Please note that e-codes may only be used once, attempts to use the same e-code on separate occasions will not be successful. 

E-codes are non-transferable, may not be re-sold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Unused, expired and redeemed e-codes cannot be refunded or returned. 

E-codes are subject to chains own conditions of use. Please familiarise yourself with these terms for participating locations and restrictions. 

Please note, in a small number of cases, tickets may be cheaper when purchased directly from the cinema. We advise you to check before purchasing.  

Snack e-codes do not contain a cinema admission component. 

Ticket e-codes are for 2D General Admission screenings and may not be valid on Special Event screenings, please check your e-codes will be accepted for your chosen viewing prior to purchase.

1.   Vue 

1.1.   What Types Of E-codes Are There?  

Vue Pass includes 3 e-code types.  

Cinema Admission  

Vue Pass Super Saver (E-Code starts with VSUP)   

Vue Pass VIP (E-Code starts with VALL)  

Food & Drink Refreshments  

1 Large Drink & 1 Large Popcorn (E-Code is VSVP1) 

1.2.   What Is A Vue Pass Super Saver E-code? 

A Vue Pass Super Saver e-code can be redeemed for a 2D general admission ticket in Super Saver seats only in a Vue screen. A User can upgrade to other seats by paying the difference in price. The number of Super Saver seats will change depending on the location, film, day and time selected.  

1.3.   What Is A Vue Pass VIP E-code?  

A Vue Pass VIP e-code can be redeemed for a 2D general admission in Super Saver, Regular Saver, Regular and VIP seats in a Vue screen. The number of each category of seats will change depending on locations, film, day and time selected. Lux are new seat types at certain upgraded venues. VIP can be used against Lux Super Saver, Lux Saver, and Lux seats. You can upgrade to "Ultra Lux seats" at an additional cost. 

1.4.   Where Is My Vue Pass E-code Valid?   

The below is “accumulative” so always include the locations listed in the section(s) above. For example, Group 4 also includes everything in Group 5, and Group 6.  

1.4.1.   E-code starts with VSUP4 or VALL4 (Group 6 ticket) Valid at Accrington, Barrow in Furness, Birkenhead, Birmingham Star City, Blackburn, Bristol Longwell Green, Bury The Rock, Carlisle, Cleveleys, Cramlington, Dagenham, Darlington, Eastleigh, Farnborough, Gateshead, Glasgow Fort, Halifax, Hamilton, Lancaster, Leamington Spa, Leicester, Livingston, Romford, Scunthorpe. 

1.4.2.   E-code starts with VSUP5 or VALL5 (Group 5 ticket) As above plus Altrincham, Ashbourne, Bedford, Bicester, Camberley, Carmarthen, Castleford, Doncaster, Hull, Limerick, Merthyr Tydfil, Newbury, Nottingham, Oxford, Reading, Sheffield, Staines, Stirling, Stroud, Swansea, Thurrock, Torbay, Wood Green, Worcester. 

1.4.3.   E-code starts with VSUP6 or VALL6 (Group 4 ticket) As above plus Eltham, Finchley North, Fulham Broadway, Inverness, Redditch, Westfield Stratford. 

1.4.4.   E-code starts with VSUP7 or VALL7 (Group 3 ticket) As above plus Basildon, Bolton, Cheshire Oaks, Colchester, Cwmbran, Dublin, Edinburgh Ocean, Edinburgh Omni, Exeter, Finchley Road, Hartlepool, Leeds Kirkstall, Leeds Light, Manchester Printworks, Manchester Quayside, Newcastle under Lyme, Norwich, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Preston, Southport, Swindon, Thanet, Westfield (Shepherds Bush), York. 

1.4.5.   E-code starts with VSUP8 or VALL8 (Group 2 ticket) As above plus Basingstoke Festival Place, Bristol Cribbs, Croydon Purley Way, Glasgow St Enoch, Harrow, Northampton, Poole, Watford. 

1.4.6.   E-code starts with VSUP9 or VALL9 (Group 1 ticket) Valid at ALL sites including; Bromley, Islington, Piccadilly, West End. 

1.5.   Vue Terms & Conditions  

1.5.1.   Must be exchanged for an admission ticket either at the Box Office or Online (at myvue.com) and cannot be used for bookings over the phone.  

1.5.2.   Please check the relevant Group ticket locations for where your e-code can be redeemed. Groups may change from time to time as locations are added or removed 

1.5.3.   Valid for one ticket and must be used at the time of exchange.  

1.5.4.   Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.  

1.5.5.   Valid for a single use only and cannot be reinstated or replaced once redeemed (this includes if you cancel your booking).  

1.5.6.   Not valid for Premieres, Event Cinema screenings (Big Screen Events), Movie Marathons (multiple films for one price), and Special Previews. 

1.5.7.   Super Saver can be used to book 2D general admission Super Saver seating online (at myvue.com) and at the Box Office. Upgrades to different seat types are available at the time of e-code redemption at an additional cost.  

1.5.8.   VIP can be used to book 2D general admission Super Saver, Regular Saver, Regular, VIP, Recliner seating online (at myvue.com) and at the Box Office. Please note not all screens have all seating types. Lux are new seat types at certain upgraded venues. VIP can be used against Lux Super Saver, Lux Saver, and Lux seats. You can upgrade to "Ultra Lux seats" at an additional cost. 

1.5.9.   All e-codes can be used to book 3D, Premium Large Formats such as IMAX and EPIC by Vue or Birmingham Lux screenings online (at myvue.com) and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee. We recommend checking pricing directly with the cinema before purchase of Vue Pass e-codes. 

1.5.10.   2D e-codes can be upgraded to a 3D screening, customers will be charged for the purchase of 3D glasses if required.  

1.5.11.   Do not have priority over general tickets.  

1.5.12.   Valid for 90 days from issuance and are not subject to extensions.  

1.5.13.   Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Meerkat Movies.  

1.5.14.   Film classifications apply.  

1.5.15.   E-codes are not to be used for financial gain in resale.  

1.5.16.   The cinema managers decision is final. NB! Due to Vue’s advance booking policy the film and performance you wish to attend may be sold out and seats might not be available 

1.6.   1 Large Drink & 1 Large Popcorn E-codes 

NB! This e-code does not include a cinema admission e-code, for cinema admission e-codes please purchase the relevant Super Saver or VIP e-codes.  

1.6.1.   Valid at all Vue locations (see Section 1.4, Group 1-6)  

1.6.2.   These e-codes can be redeemed at your chosen Vue location only, not online or over the phone.  

1.6.3.   Valid for one of the following drinks: Large Pepsi, Large Diet Pepsi, Large Pepsi Max, Large Pepsi Max Cherry, Large Pepsi Mix It, Large 7Up, Large Tango Orange, Large Irn Bru, Large Lipton Peach Ice Tea, Bottle of Still/Sparkling water and one of the following popcorns: Large Sweet Popcorn, Large Salt Popcorn or Large Mixed Popcorn. Please note the range of drinks available varies by location. 

1.6.4. This excludes any pre-packaged popcorn, include Joe and Seph’s pouches, and bottled drinks other than water 

1.6.5.   Non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2.   ODEON  

2.1.   2D Adult Standard Anytime 

2.1.1.    E-code may be exchanged for one ticket with a Classic or Classic Saver  seat to view a standard 2D film showing at ODEON cinemas in the UK and Republic of Ireland listed as set out in these terms. The e-code cannot be used at any ODEON Luxe site, Islington Luxe and Dine. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types.  

2.1.2.    Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON e-code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, you will incur an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI.  

2.1.3.    In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your ODEON e-code at the ticket kiosk but not at the box office or retail counter.  This redemption method will not incur an additional booking fee. 

2.1.4.    Not valid for Premier seats, VIP seats, any other premium priced seating, 3D, IMAX, ISENSE or Dolby unless you pay an upgrade fee. E-codes are also not valid on any other premium priced screen formats (such as Dolby, XL or similar) unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. At ODEON Bournemouth and ODEON Hatfield if there is mixed non-recliner and recliner/super luxury seating in a screen, an upgrade fee will be payable for the recliners/super luxury seats. At ODEON Taunton, there will be an upgrade fee if you sit in a Luxe recliner screen. 

2.1.5.    Not valid on ODEON Luxe, ODEON Luxe and Dine or ODEON Event Cinema. Not valid on premieres, special events or screenings or events not open to the public.  

2.1.6.   Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.  

2.1.7.   E-code is valid on screenings up to and including the day shown only.  

2.1.8.   E-code is for your personal use only.  

2.1.9.   E-code cannot be used to buy gift vouchers, gift cards, food, drink or any other ODEON goods or services.  

2.1.10.   Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including ODEON’s general admission terms. 

2.1.11. Cinema types can be checked on the ODEON website or myODEON app

2.2.1.   E-code may be exchanged for one ticket with a standard seat to view a standard 2D film showing at any ODEON cinema in the UK and Republic of Ireland EXCEPT the following cinemas: Islington Luxe and Dine, ODEON Luxe Leicester Square. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types.  

2.2.2.   Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON e-code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, you will incur an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI. 

2.2.3.   In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your ODEON e-code at the ticket kiosk but not at the box office or retail counter. This redemption method will not incur an additional booking fee. 

2.2.4.   Not valid on Recliner+ or any other premium seating types unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. Standard Recliner seats at a Luxe cinema will incur no seating upgrade fee. At ODEON Bournemouth and ODEON Hatfield if there is mixed standard and recliner/super luxury seating in a screen an upgrade fee will be payable for the recliners/super luxury seats. At ODEON Taunton there will be an upgrade fee if you sit in a Luxe recliner screen. 

2.2.5    Not valid for premium screening types such as 3D, IMAX, ISENSE or Dolby unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. 

2.2.6.   Not valid on ODEON Luxe and Dine or ODEON Event Cinema. Not valid on premieres, special events or screenings or events not open to the public. 

2.2.7.   Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

2.3.   2D Child Standard Anytime (14 years and under) 

2.3.1.   E-code may be exchanged for one child (14 years and under) ticket with a Classic or Classic Saver seat to view a standard 2D film showing at the ODEON cinemas in the UK and Republic of Ireland listed at the end of these terms. The e-code cannot be used at any Luxe site, Islington Luxe and Dine. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types.  

2.3.2.   Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON e-code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, you will incur an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI.

2.5.1.    E-code may be exchanged for one off-peak ticket with a standard seat to view a standard 2D film showing at the ODEON cinemas in the UK and Republic of Ireland listed at the end of these terms. The e-code cannot be used at any ODEON Luxe site, Islington Luxe and Dine or BFI IMAX. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types. 

2.5.2.    E-code may only be redeemed for a screening on Monday to Thursday. 

2.5.3.    Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON e-code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, there will be an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI. 

2.5.4.    In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your ODEON e-code at the ticket kiosk but not at the box office or retail counter. This redemption method will not incur an additional booking fee. 

2.5.5.    Not valid for Premier seats, VIP seats, any other premium priced seating, 3D, IMAX, ISENSE or Dolby unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. 2.5.11.    Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including ODEON’s general admission terms.

2.6.2.    E-code may only be redeemed for a screening on Monday to Thursday.

2.6.7.    Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. 

2.6.8.    E-code is valid on screenings up to and including the day shown only. Where the expiry date shown is a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the e-code is valid on screenings up to and including the Thursday before the expiry day shown. 

2.6.9.    E-code is for your personal use only. 

2.6.10.    E-code cannot be used to buy gift vouchers, gift cards, food, drink or any other ODEON goods or services. 

2.6.11.    Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including ODEON’s general admission terms. 

2.6.12.    Issuer: Odeon Cinemas Limited, 8th Floor, 1 Stephen Street, London, W1T 1AT. 

2.7   E-Code Classic Combo 1 Medium Drink & 1 Medium Popcorn 

2.7.1.    E-code may be exchanged for one Classic Combo in any ODEON Cinema except Islington Luxe & Dine or any future additional Luxe & Dine sites. 

2.7.2.   Classic Combo consists of one medium popcorn and one medium dispensed drink. 

2.7.3.    Order & Collect Redemption: You can use your ODEON e-code to order your Classic Combo online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on cinema kiosks, at participating Order & Collect cinemas. 

2.7.4.   In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your Classic Combo e-code at the retail counter. 

2.7.5 There may be exclusions where in certain cinemas, vouchers can only be redeemed at the retail counter.  

2.7.6.   For cinemas that do not offer Order & Collection, this voucher can only be redeemed at the retail counter. 

2.7.7.   Bottled drink may replace dispensed drink where dispensed drinks are unavailable. 

2.7.8.   Combo upgrades for Toppers and/or Premium Drinks will incur an additional fee. 

2.7.9.   Not valid for any other type of Combo or Food & Beverage product/s. 

2.7.10.   E-code cannot be used to buy tickets, gift vouchers, gift cards, or any other ODEON goods or services. 

2.7.11.   E-code is valid up to and including the day shown only. 

2.7.12.   E-code is for your personal use only. 

2.7.13.   Classic Combo is subject to availability and may not be available in all sites. 

2.7.14.   E- code cost does not include Sugar Tax and may incur an additional fee where applicable.

2.8.   E-Code 1 Large Drink & 1 Large Popcorn 

2.8.1.   E-code may be exchanged for one Large Classic Combo in any ODEON Cinema except Islington Luxe & Dine or any future additional Luxe & Dine sites. 

2.8.2.   Large Classic Combo consists of one large popcorn and one large dispensed drink. 

2.8.3.   Order & Collect Redemption: You can use your ODEON e-code to order your Large Classic Combo online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on cinema kiosks, at participating Order & Collect cinemas.

4.3.2. Children up to and including the age of 14 can use the Picturehouse Child All Cinemas e-code. Proof of age may be required.

4.3.4. The Picturehouse Child All Cinemas e-code can be used to make bookings online at Picturehouses.com, via the Picturehouse ticket booking app, or in person at any Picturehouse Cinema and cannot be used to reserve tickets by telephone or online. 

4.3.5. To redeem online/via the app; enter the e-code into the relevant field when booking your tickets. Your ticket will then be sent to you via email (and can also be accessed via the app).

9.1.7. Each e-code may only be used once (you are judged to have used your e-code at the point that you book a ticket with it). If you make a booking and later cancel, we are also unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund.

9.2. Reel Standard Adult Group B (excludes Burnley, Bishop Auckland, Chippenham, Chorley & Farnham) 

9.2.1. The Reel Standard Adult (excludes Burnley, Bishop Auckland, Chippenham, Chorley & Farnham) e-code can be exchanged for one adult admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any Reel Cinema excluding Burnley, Bishop Auckland, Chippenham, Chorley or Farnham.

9.2.2. The e-code is not valid for 3D, special screenings, premium seating or Event Cinema including (but not limited to) Documentaries, NT Live, ROH Live, MET Live, Television programmes or series/seasons, and Live Concerts. It may be possible to upgrade to non-2D (e.g. 3D), this will need to be arranged with the individual cinema and additional charges may apply (for example 3D glasses).
