Management at the restaurant have combined a new cooking technique with health and nutrition in mind, maintaining the original recipe whilst processing & handling the ingredients in the correct way to ensure your food is always delicious, wholesome & tasty. On their menu all of the dishes are completely rustic and were collected from the mogul's (emperor) family & rural areas of Bangladesh. Having the recipe and tradition they have implemented new ways of cooking, focussing especially on the proper hygiene, preservation methods & cooking techniques.
