A hidden gem that specialises in, as the name suggests, gin and all the wondrous cocktails it can create, The Gin Vault also features a tantalising array of tapas style dishes. Although drinks aren't covered, diners can enjoy a fantastic discount on all the delightful dishes served when calling in advance with a tastecard. Those savings can be funnelled right back into The Gin Vault though, and with the wealth of wondrous concoctions served there will be little need to convince other members of the party to indulge. Carnivorous cravings can be quelled by the meat and seafood selections, such as the irresistible tempura king prawns, partnered with a sweet chilli dip, the delectable Bombay Sapphire coated chicken wings, complete with a lime barbecue dressing, and the spicy Spanish chorizo.
