The mouth-watering mains leave very little to be desired for curry novices and experts alike, with classics like the fiery vindaloo and the mild & creamy korma working alongside a host of chef recommendations on a menu fit for any appetite. Particularly enticing examples of the latter can be seen in the mango chicken, a sweet number that incorporates mango, coconut and almonds in a creamy sauce, and the tandoori jumbo prawn masala, which is marinated in yogurt and spices before being gently cooked in a mild sauce.
