tastecard terms and conditions: Caffè Nero NatWest & Royal Bank of Scotland Student account giveaway

  • The prize draw is only open to participating NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland Student tastecard holders, aged 18 years or over.
  • To enter, eligible participants must either activate their tastecard through the app and/or use their tastecard to dine out or grab a coffee at least once between 1st July 2025 and 31st July 2025, inclusive.
  • The prize draw closes at 11:59pm on 31st July 2025. Late, invalid or incomplete entries will not be considered, and we accept no responsibility for lost entries.
  • The winners will be chosen at random and checks performed to ensure winners meet all eligibility criteria. The result is final, and no discussion will be entered concerning the outcome.
  • The prize for the winners will be a £10 Caffè Nero Gift Card. No cash alternatives. Non-transferable.
  • Winners will be notified via email by 8th August 2025. The code will be sent to and only be accessible via the tastecard in-app inbox
  • The personal information and contact details you supply will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition, including contacting winners. You can find more information in tastecard’s online Privacy Policy.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the prize without notice.

Terms and conditions of eGift:

  • Caffè Nero Gift Cards are redeemable as full or part payment at all Caffè Nero stores within the UK and Ireland.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given if the value of purchases is less than the value of the card.
  • Caffè Nero Gift Cards are valid for 18 months. If there has been no activity on your card for 18 months or more then the card and its balance will expire.
  • If there are any redemption issues at the till, please download the Caffè Nero app and link your gift card by navigating to Settings > Gift Cards. Simply use the 16 digit card number and 8 digit pin provided in the in-App message noted above to activate your gift card within the Caffè Nero app directly.
