PizzaExpress x tastecard gifts – Free £20 PizzaExpress e-gift 

The offer and eligibility 

• This promotional offer is available exclusively to customers who purchase gifts between 9th December 2024 and 2nd January 2025 at 23:59pm. 
• Purchases made after 2nd January 2025 will not qualify for the e-gift. 
• Only purchases made directly through our website or official offers qualify for the e-gift. 
• Each order placed for a gift via gift.tastecard.co.uk is eligible to receive one (1) £20 PizzaExpress e-gift. Multiple gifts in a single order will still only qualify for one (1) £20 PizzaExpress e-gift. 
• Orders placed between 9th December 2024 and 22nd December 2024 will receive their e-gift via email on 23rd December 2024. 
• Orders placed between 23rd December 2024 and 2nd January 2025 will receive their e-gift via email on 10th January 2025. 
• The e-gift will be sent as a code via email. Requests to split or alter the value into smaller denominations will not be accommodated. 
• The e-gift is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. tastecard reserves the right to substitute a promotion of equal or greater value at any time.  

Delivery 

• Christmas Delivery: Delivery in time for Christmas is not guaranteed. Delivery times are estimated and dependant on postal delivery partners.  
• Delivery Timelines: 
  
  • 2nd Class Postage: Estimated delivery within 3 working days from the dispatch date. 
  • 1st Class Postage: Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days from the dispatch date. 
    
• Please refrain from contacting us about non-delivery until the respective delivery timeline has elapsed. Replacement requests will only be considered after this period. 

Cancellation and returns 

• You may cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period. All items must be securely returned to RTYJ-YHGL-BRKX, The Dining Club Group, Birkby Grange, 85 Birkby Hall Road, HUDDERSFIELD, HD2 2XB within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. 
• Once returned items are received, the e-gift will be checked for usage and invalidated. If the e-gift has been partially or fully used, your refund will be reduced by £20. 

Additional terms

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control.
• The personal information and contact details on record will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, including contacting qualifying participants. You can find more information in tastecard’s online Privacy Notice.   
• The promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales. References to tastecard in these rules are to Taste Marketing Limited, Birkby Grange, 85 Birkby Hall Road, Birkby, Huddersfield, HD2 2XB.  

Terms and conditions of eGift: 

1. Your PizzaExpress e-gift can be used as full or part payment at any PizzaExpress restaurant in the UK. This does not include PizzaExpress airport locations.  

2. The value on your PizzaExpress e-gift will expire Thursday 17th July 2025. Any value left on the e-gift after this time will be automatically and permanently deducted.  

3. Monies on a PizzaExpress e-gift cannot be exchanged for cash.  

4. PizzaExpress e-gift balance cannot be returned if the e-gift is lost or stolen.  

5. To check the remaining balance on your PizzaExpress e-gift please visit www.pizzaexpress.com/gifts.  

6. PizzaExpress reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time or withdraw the PizzaExpress gift card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
