Terms and Conditions:

• This offer entitles the customer to one 12-month free tastecard membership that will automatically renew into £39.99 a year, available to new customers only. Offer includes access to dining, pizza delivery and days out only. 
• Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a £10 Restaurant Smart eGift Card available to use at the following restaurant partners Prezzo, ASK Italian, Frankie & Benny’s and Zizzi. 
• Customers who have claimed a free trial in the last 12 months or are currently paying tastecard members are not eligible. 
• £10 Restaurant Smart eGift Card is limited to one per customer and household. eGifts cannot be substituted for a cash or any other alternative. Customers will receive a claim form by email within 21 days of signing up and must submit their claim for the £10 Restaurant Smart eGift Card within 30 days of receipt. 
• £10 Restaurant Smart eGift Card will be sent to the email account provided at sign up, within 24 hours of submitting the claim form. If the tastecard membership is cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period or if the ongoing subscription is cancelled within the first 21 days, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the promotional gift and will not receive the claim form. 

• The £10 Restaurant Smart eGift Card is a one-time benefit that applies to the initial sign up only and will not be issued upon renewal of your tastecard membership. 

• £10 Restaurant Smart eGift Card will be sent on Fridays. 
• The £10 Restaurant Smart eGift Card is provided by Prezzee. Upon claiming the £10 Restaurant Smart eGift Card from tastecard you will need to follow the instructions to activate your eGift and then you are required exchange the balance of the £10 Restaurant Smart eGift Card to a restaurant partner eGift Card. Prezzee’s terms of service (https://www.prezzee.uk/policies/terms-of-service/) and Prezzee Privacy Policy (https://prezzee.uk/en-gb/policies/privacy-policy) apply. Availability of restaurant partners may be subject to change. 
• Your tastecard membership is an ongoing subscription service and will automatically renew at the end of your initial annual membership term for an annual fee of £39.99. Your membership will continue to renew towards the end of each subsequent term until it is cancelled in accordance with tastecard’s Membership Terms and Conditions. A renewal reminder will be sent to you by email prior to any billing date. You must therefore let us know if any of your contact details, including your email address change. 
• A customer can cancel anytime during the trial however their access to the product will be removed at point of cancellation. Customers can cancel memberships via the tastecard app, or for full details about how to cancel visit our FAQ page at https://faqs.tastecard.co.uk/s/article/How-do-I-cancel-my-tastecard. Please ensure you have the most up to date version of the tastecard app. The tastecard app supports a minimum version of iOS 16 and Android 9.
