Customers who have claimed a free trial in the last 12 months or are currently paying tastecard members are not eligible.
Your tastecard membership is an ongoing subscription service and will automatically renew at the end of your initial annual membership term for an annual fee of £39.99. Your membership will continue to renew towards the end of each subsequent term until it is cancelled in accordance with tastecard’s Membership Terms and Conditions. A renewal reminder will be sent to you by email prior to any billing date. You must therefore let us know if any of your contact details, including your email address change.
A customer can cancel anytime during the trial however their access to the product will be removed at point of cancellation. Please ensure you have the most up to date version of the tastecard app. The tastecard app supports a minimum version of iOS 16 and Android 9.
