Bel Cibo is an Italian family Restaurant at Lower Main Street in Rush , Dublin. Bel Cibo is open seven days a week and boasts a delightful range of modern and classic Italian dishes served in a cosy and inviting dining area. Staff at the restaurant recommend the 'Pollo Zingara', which is a marinated chicken fillet, cooked over a grill with peppers, onion, mushrooms garlic and oregano; lightly stir fried in a red wine tomato sauce.
