The Spread Eagle Hotel has changed through the pandemic and in July 2020 the Restaurant opened with Tapas, this concept was developed in the Autumn of 2020 to have the full Mediterranean influenced Food with dishes from all around the Med including Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Turkey, and Greece. The Menu at the Spread Eagle Hotel changes every 3 months with the seasons and each season we introduce a guest Country 2022 Spring will be Turkey and Summer it will be Greece so keep an eye out for the changes on our website The Restaurant was closed in January 2022 for a full soft refurbishment so why not try us out again soon Our Bar is now a Cocktail, Tapas and Wine bar so if you do not want a full meal why not try us out for Tapas and a Drink Reservations are still required and the discount does not apply on event days but any other day other than a Saturday night
