What Zizzi recipes has Big Zuu been cooking?
Big Zuu – real name Zuhair Hassan – is a London-based rapper, songwriter, and Grime MC, but he also knows his way around the kitchen. You might also recognise him for him from his BAFTA award-winning comical cooking series Big Zuu's Big Eats, where he shares his self-taught chef skills and cooks up some seriously delicious dishes.
Self-taught or not, there's no denying his kitchen skills, and after a few tips from Zizzi's chefs, Big Zuu's tweaked his Italian cooking skills from just stretching and tossing dough to finessing the finest Mediterranean flavours in a seven-part cooking series.
He'll be revealing how to create classic Zizzi dishes, including starters, main courses, desserts, and cocktails.
