Grab your loved ones and gather around the table because it’s time to celebrate the joys of summer with Prezzo's exciting new menu! Picture this: warm sunshine, laughter filling the air, and the exquisite tastes of Prezzo's summer delights dancing on your taste buds. It's a culinary experience you won't want to miss!

To give you a tantalizing preview, we recently had the pleasure of sampling some of the highlights from Prezzo's summer menu. Let's embark on a delightful journey through the flavours of Italy.

We started with the Small Plates, and we’ve got some good news about those: Prezzo’s summer menu gives you 3 small plates for £20, but with tastecard’s 2 for 1 offer, you can get 6 small plates for £20! How good is that?

Back to what we ate, and Prezzo's Antipasto stole the show. A delightful selection of Italian cured meats, including prosciutto and spicy pepperoni, paired with fresh mozzarella, sun-blushed tomatoes, Nocellara olives, and their heavenly freshly baked garlic bread. The combination of savoury and tangy flavours was a true delight for the senses.

Next up was the Pea & Pecorino Arancini, a seasonal special that left us craving more. These crispy bites featured a delectable mix of peas, pecorino cheese, and black pepper stirred through risotto rice, coated in breadcrumbs, and fried to golden perfection. The accompanying garlic mayonnaise dip added a creamy and savoury touch that perfectly complemented the arancini.

Prezzo's Focaccia Sandwiches & Light Dishes.

Moving on to the Focaccia Sandwiches, the Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil stole the show. A mouth-watering masterpiece, it combined fresh mozzarella, fragrant basil, sun-blushed tomatoes, and rocket, all finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper. It was a taste of summer in every bite.

For those seeking a lighter option, the Orzo, Tomato, and Ricotta Salad is an absolute must-try. With three layers of Italian goodness - creamy ricotta, orzo pasta, and a tangy tomato salad - topped with rocket and dressed with white balsamic vinaigrette, this salad screams summer. You can also add chicken or prawns to take it to the next level of deliciousness.

Prezzo's Main Plates.

Pasta lovers, rejoice! Prezzo has crafted some mouth-watering pasta dishes for the summer season. The Spinach Creste di Gallo with Pesto, Peas & Burrata stole our hearts. This vibrant green half-moon-shaped pasta with ruffled edges was tossed in house pesto, mixed with peas, Italian hard cheese, and a generous pinch of black pepper. Topped with creamy and luscious Burrata cheese, it was like capturing the essence of summer on a plate.

If you're in the mood for a seafood delight, the Prawn, Saffron & Pea Risotto is the perfect choice. Prezzo takes their creamy saffron butter risotto and enriches it with lobster bisque, creating a heavenly combination. The succulent prawns and vibrant peas add bursts of flavour that take this dish to new heights.
