Once a date has been booked you are bound by the partner's terms and conditions, so you will need to contact them to see if you can cancel or rearrange your booking.
- Will I be able to get a refund?
We offer a 30 day return policy on all vouchers purchased directly from our website.
If your purchase exceeds the 30 day period and the voucher is no longer suitable don’t worry our vouchers are fully flexible so you are welcome to browse our full range of experiences and select the experience of your choice.
Please note we are unable to refund any postage or packages charges.

- How long are vouchers valid for?
The majority of our vouchers have a 12 month validity period except our Experience boxes which are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Sometimes we sell special offer experiences with a shorter timeframe to use them. These may either have a fixed expiry date or only be valid for a shorter period of time.
Please check the ‘fine print’ tab on the product page of the experience to view how long the voucher will be valid.
If you’ve already received your voucher the expiry date can be found on the voucher itself.
