Competition

• Competition entry: use your digital tastecard at participating tastecard restaurants, book cinema tickets using your tastecard, or purchase a barista-made beverage from a participating coffee club partner. Excludes tastecard employees, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with the draw.
• Usage entries apply for those customers who use their digital tastecard within the tastecard app for dining out, cinema or coffee within 10 days of receiving the promotional email on the 3^rd August 2023.
• Usage excludes our pizza delivery, days out, and Member Perks offers. 
• Late, invalid or incomplete entries will not be considered, and we accept no responsibility for lost entries.
• The promotion for qualifying members will be x4 THORPE PARK tickets with Unlimited Fastrack, 2x parking passes and Nemesis Inferno merchandise bundle (1 per person). The result is final, and no discussion will be entered concerning the outcome.
• The prize is non-transferable, not for resale and there are no cash alternatives. tastecard reserves the right to substitute a promotion of equal or greater value at any time.
• The promotional offer closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 13th August 2023. Usage entries received after this date will not be considered.
• Winners will be picked at random and contacted no later than 18^th August 2023 and have 5 days to accept the prize: providing contact details and a visit date, after this time we will select another winner in place. 
• The merchandise clothing will be supplied in mixed sizes and the winner will have the option to change the size in our retail outlets on the date of visit, subject to availability. If the preferred size is unavailable, no alternative will be offered.
• Theme Park tickets are valid until 1^st October 2023. Exclusions apply. Unless specified in the prize details, the prize does not include any other expenses incurred by the winner and/or their guest/s whilst at THORPE PARK Resort, including but not limited to travel, food and beverage, retail and any other costs incurred.
• In the event the winner does not for any reason take the prize before the 1^st October 2023, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash, or any other form of compensation will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The prize is offered by THORPE PARK Resort and all terms and conditions relating to THORPE PARK Resort must be adhered to. • The personal information and contact details on record will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, including contacting qualifying participants. You can find more information in tastecard’s online Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control.
